IT Assistant
To manage the IT functions on a day-to-day operational basis
Responsible for PC hardware/software, inventory control, as well as end user supporting
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
Experience / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in IT environment for PC support.
Experience in help desk service level management.
Good understanding and strong technical skills in PC software and hardware technology.
Maintaining IT software and hardware PC inventory.
Good communication skills to be able to interface with internal and external contacts
- MUST have experience in PC support in business environment
- MUST have experience in server/router/firewall/switches support
- MUST have ERP knowledge
- MUST Know the IT process
